This Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances in which Vitalyx Bio (‘Vitalyx Bio,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) can issue a refund or replacement, the time windows in which you must contact us, and the documentation we need. By placing an order on vitalyxbio.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because of the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong product, or a change of mind. Once a vial leaves our facility we cannot resell it, and this policy ensures that every product you receive has never been handled by another party. The only exceptions are the verified shipping and fulfillment issues described below.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, contact us at support@vitalyxbio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window are not eligible. Please:
- Do not discard the damaged items, vials, or packaging;
- Include your order number; and
- Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping container.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected items.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of what you received, and a photo of your packing slip. We will reconcile your order and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if carrier tracking shows no movement for 7 or more consecutive days. If you believe your package is lost, contact us with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Packages Marked Delivered
Vitalyx Bio is not responsible for packages that the carrier marks as delivered but that you cannot locate. If this happens, please check with neighbors and household members, look around your property, allow 24 to 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), and file a claim with the carrier. Responsibility for packages marked delivered rests with the carrier, and such cases are handled individually.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned using the same method you used to pay:
- Zelle — returned to the same email or phone number, typically within 1 to 3 business days;
- Venmo — returned to the same Venmo handle, typically within 1 to 3 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where Vitalyx Bio is at fault (for example, we shipped the wrong item).
7. How to File a Claim
To open a claim under any section above, email support@vitalyxbio.com with: your order number; the reason for the claim (damaged, incorrect, missing, lost, or delivered-but-not-received); photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label; and the delivery date or the date tracking last updated. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Please keep all correspondence in the same email thread.
8. What This Policy Does Not Cover
- Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product;
- Misuse, contamination, or improper storage after delivery;
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour window;
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier;
- Loss or delay caused by an inaccurate shipping address provided at checkout.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Vitalyx Bio is a chemical supplier; it is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. Human and animal consumption is prohibited — laboratory / in-vitro experimental use only.
